Christopher Atiyah
Christopher is an entrepreneur with an outstanding track record of founding and scaling businesses. Originally from the UK, he moved to the US in 2012 in search of the American Dream. Since then, he’s founded several successful companies in Chicago, supporting hundreds of firms and candidates along the way.
He holds an MBA from the London School of Economics and a BA in English Literature from the University of Kent. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Staffing and named to the Staffing 40 Under 40, Christopher has been celebrated for his leadership and impact in the industry.
Christopher also runs a Chicago-based charity that provides scholarships to underprivileged populations.

A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Kait has been honored multiple times as one of the Top 20 Recruiters in the US, reflecting her consistent performance and impact in one of the most competitive areas of the financial industry. Her expertise lies in understanding the unique demands of the market and developing tailored recruitment strategies that align exceptional professionals with environments where they can thrive.
